How do I change/cancel my order?
To make a change or cancel: Please message us immediately at this link. We have a very small window to catch an order before it hits the truck.
If it’s already on the road: We won’t be able to cancel it in transit, but don’t sweat it. Once it arrives tomorrow, you can reach out to us to initiate a standard return.
When will my order ship?
Order by 2:00 PM PST (Mon–Fri): We’ll get your order out the door and on its way the very same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or over the weekend will ship out first thing on the next business day.
